Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Veblaaro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Veblaaro IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veblaaro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your Content or any content you submit through the Service

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • Your Content may be deleted after a reasonable period
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
